Another Foundation Saved!

Techno Metal Post of Albany recently had the opportunity to repair and stabilize the foundation of Meadowbrook Apartments. The job entailed excavation to expose the existing footing, installation of 10 double helix P3 Techno Metal Posts to an average depth of 70 feet. After the posts were installed and load rated to 20,000 lbs., permanent brackets were attached to the foundation footing.

The worksite was then restored by backfilling against the foundation, surface grading and reseeding. Techno Metal Post: Mission Complete!
